Wanna be guacamole
We’re all a fan of the trendy avocado and guacamole might just be the most favorite way of enjoying it, but with the increasing costs of avocados (and everything else), plus the lack of sustainability when it comes to the production and transportation of this popular fruit, I do find it’s important to try out alternatives and keep the consumption at a more moderate level. Well, though it’s not the same as the real thing, I do hope you’ll try it!!!
Ingredients
150 g edemame beans, defrosted
2 tbsp plant yoghurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp EVO (ecological olive oil)
Salt and pepper
Directions
Add all the ingredients to your mini chopper and pulse until texture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy as you would with real guacamole, - as a dip, with salads or what have we.
